Reserve White

 

Cloud Bay Sauvignon Blanc – Our 2012 Sauvignon Blanc shows lifted notes of elderflower, green lime zest, and stone fruit. The palate is ripe, fine and succulent, offering zesty ripe citrus flavours coupled with an edge of minerality and sweet herbs. Balletto Rose of Pinot Noir – Its hard to imagine that something so lightly colored could be so full and enticing. Bright cherry and lime aromas bounce from the glass with a smattering of spices that keep it lively and interesting.

Hindsight Napa Valley Chardonnay – Bright fruit aromas of apples, citrus and floral notes show classic Carneros, Napa Valley Chardonnay traits. The palate is full and rich, with clean, crisp acidity defining the finish. This is great wine with shellfish, fruit & cheese, or to enjoy with friends.

Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad, Cava – This is a Spanish Cava made in the methode champagne as the French make their champagne. Medium bodied and mellow with perfumed bouquet. Character and depth. Good fruity intensity on the palate and a long slightly yeasty finish

Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rose Champagne – Red fruit aromas. Intense, developing notes of blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry. Delicate on the palate, fluid, underpinned by an extremely fine bead. Fruity finish.

Canard-Duchene Brut Champagne – Intense aromas of fresh fruit typical of the pinot varietals. Fruit aromas intermingle with pastry note, sign of excellent maturity

Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve Champagne – Initially restrained, fresh white fruit aromas of apple, pear and peach intermingle with curry and turmeric spices. As the bouquet becomes more expressive, ripe fruit notes jostle for position. Clean on the attack, elegant and complex, a delicate bead imparts freshness on the finish.

 

Reserve Reds

 

Cocodrilo Corte Red – The Cocodrilo is wonderfully opaque purple-colored with an aromatic array of exotic spice. This magnificent wine boasts aboundant quanties of currant, black cherry, blackberry, cedar, and subtle smoky oak and cocoa notes.

Seabisuit Ranch Superfecta Meritage – The wine takes its name from the vineyards planted on the former pasture site of the famous racehorse. A rich, silky red comprised of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. – 785 Cases Produced

Domaine De Villemajou Red – An intense, garnet-red robe, and a complex bouquet combining delicious hits of stewed fruit, soft spice, leather and roasted coffee. Full bodied and round on the palate, with smooth tannins and a good ageing potenial

Coyam Organic Red, Colchagua Valley, Chile – deep cherry red in color with intense aromas of currants and raspberries. 13 months in oak barrels gives the wine complexity and depth perfect for grilled meets such as beef or lamb. 38% Syrah, 21%Carmanere, 12%Merlot 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Mourvedre

Havens Bourriquot Napa Valley – Limited production Right-Bank Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Winemaker Don Baker has worked at prized wineries Joseph Phelps, Merryvale, and William Hill

Highlands Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon – A small production Cabernet Sauvignon created with fruit sourced mostly from Napa Valley’s famed Howell Mountain. This wine boasts complex flavors of blackberries, black currants, and hints of chocolate. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
