First Course 

Joygrow Mushroom Bisque: Herb oil 


Beet Salad: Grated carrots and red & yellow beets, Milton Creamery quark cheese, Nebullam salad greens 


Second Course 

Shrimp & Grits: Wild-caught gulf shrimp, house-made sausage, Early Morning Harvest grits 


Meat Patty & Rice: Grass-fed minced beef, black cumin rice, cucumber, turmeric curd sauce 


Main Course 

Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin: Tenderloin wrapped with Berkwood Farms bacon, hard boiled egg & Kennebec potato cake, sauteed greens, bone broth 


Crab Cake: House-made wild crab cake, Italian farro, fried carrots, white wine butter sauce 


Vegetarian: Grilled purple sweet potatoes, roasted honeynut squash, sauteed kale, poached egg
